HOW IT WORKS
- Contact Us - To request our complimentary research service, please fill out the form provided here.
- Information - Is it the suburb, town, or city from your childhood? Or somewhere that you holiday often? Or are you interested in something more specific, such as a significant event in New Zealand's history? Providing as much information as possible allows us to find the best options for you.
- Options - Once we've researched what's available, we'll send you a selection of the best images we've found. All images must meet high printing standards, and while we cannot guarantee success, if we can't find what you're looking for, rest assured that we've explored all available search options.
- Final Print - Once you've selected the image for your print, we'll confirm the cost and begin processing your order.
- Pricing - If you decide to go ahead with a print that's been found, we charge a fee of $50 on top of the standard print fees. The fee covers the time spent restoring and resizing your print so that it looks great at your desired print size. Additionally, certain archives may impose a download or copyright fee for their services. We'll let you know if this applies.
Note: If you decide to proceed or if we haven't quite found what you're looking for, we reserve the right to introduce any image found during our complimentary research service to our general collection.
